Do you work with young people?
Yes, I work with young people aged 16 +
Where are you based?
Starting October 6th, 2025, I will be working from Mindset Therapeutic Services, Cheshire House, Lymm. Cheshire, WA13 9UY.
How long are the sessions?
They typically last 50 minutes. Some people prefer 75 minutes (for an increased fee).
How much will each session cost me?
The cost is £50 per counselling session and £60 per hypnotherapy session.
Do you offer a block booking discount?
If you wish to arrange a block booking, I offer a discounted package of £275 for six counselling sessions and a discounted package of £330 for six hypnotherapy sessions.
How frequent will sessions be?
You may wish to meet once weekly or twice weekly; the choice is yours.
What if I need to change my appointment?
I will do my best to accommodate any changes to your appointments with notice.
What is the cancellation policy?
I do ask for a 24-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment. This helps me to manage my schedule effectively whilst honouring other commitments. If you do not show, I will assume you no longer want therapy.
How do I pay?
I accept BACS transfers and cash. After booking, I will provide you with bank details.
Can you guarantee me confidentiality?
As a counsellor, I treat confidentiality as a core ethical duty. I explain to clients that everything shared remains confidential, except in specific situations like risk of harm, abuse, or legal requirements. I ensure they understand these limits from the start. Outside of those exceptions, I never share information without the client’s written consent, and I take care to protect their privacy through secure record-keeping and private communication.
Are the sessions held online or in person?
I can offer telephone, online, and in-room sessions.
Have you registered with any professional bodies?
Yes, I am registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society's (NCPS).
