Ruth Flanagan
With over twenty years of experience as a teacher, I’ve spent much of my life supporting others through listening, understanding, and encouraging personal growth. My natural empathy and genuine interest in people’s stories led me to the field of counselling, where I’ve truly found my calling.
I believe in the power of therapy to help people move forward—whether it’s gaining clarity, healing emotional wounds, or making meaningful life changes. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Alongside counselling, I also work as a hypnotherapist. I truly believe in the transformative potential of hypnotherapy to create deep and lasting change. It can be a powerful tool in helping clients access their inner resources, shift patterns, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My background in the arts also brings a creative and open-minded perspective to my work, which many clients find comforting and relatable. It’s a privilege to walk alongside each person on their journey, and I approach my practice with compassion, respect, and a belief in every individual’s capacity for growth.
